Job Description

Financial Analyst The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to help leaders make informed operational and business decisions. This position analyzes financial performance, identifies trends and variances, and translates data into actionable recommendations. Working with finance and operational teams, the Financial Analyst helps evaluate costs, improve reporting, and identify opportunities to strengthen financial performance. Candidates with varying levels of financial experience are encouraged to apply. Experience with Epic is a plus, particularly in using financial and operational data to support analysis, reporting, and informed decision-making. The position s final title, level, scope of responsibility, and salary will be determined based on the selected candidate s relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and ability to contribute to the financial and operational needs of the role. Responsibilities may range from supporting routine analysis and reporting to independently leading complex financial analyses and planning initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Foundational knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting. Experience working with financial data through professional employment, internships, or relevant academic projects. The depth and complexity of experience required will align with the level of the position. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and tools used to organize, analyze, and summarize data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to communicate financial information clearly and collaborate with individuals across departments. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
