Job Description

SUMMARY Responsible for creating metrics/reports to drive effective business decisions and efficient manufacturing operations from Finance
POV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for creating, managing and communicating multiple KPIs for daily, monthly and annual reporting for all STC departments. Create, add, update, and maintain multiple tracking documents which incorporate financial information within various Microsoft Applications, Made2Manage/Plex, and web-based applications. Complete month end profit analysis on actual vs. SLA Cost per Unit agreement. Maintain department purchase order balances via checkbook review with program management teams. Research and resolve various issues with all areas within profit center labor, scrap, cycles, purchase orders, as well as invoicing of shipped parts. Actively participate in Finance meetings with the Operating team to gain a thorough understanding of the STC manufacturing operations. Meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner. Additional responsibilities as identified.
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM
REQUIRED
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent analysis / problem solving skills of highly complex nature. Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). Service focused with ability to succeed in a team environment. Strong work ethic, desire to be part of a team. Understanding of accounting processes, procedure, and internal controls. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
PREFERRED
Bachelor s in finance or related field 3-5 years related experience.
