Scope of Responsibility:

This position is responsible for assisting the Corporate Accounting & Finance team with monthly the financial close process, preparing monthly financial analysis, and projects involving technological process improvements.

Essential Duties:

Assists with monthly financial close process, including preparation of various account reconciliations Prepares monthly financial analysis as required Assists with updating management and lender presentations Assists with coordination of annual budget development Tracks compliance to created budgets and forecasts and investigate any variances from them Prepares financial models to justify and support potential acquisition efforts Analyzes planned capital expenditures for return on investment Assists with projects involving technological improvements in the processing of financial statements and related processes Compiles reports to assist risk management in analyzing and managing exposure under self-insured policies Assists with integration of acquisitions into the company's financial reporting systems Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Must have a strong work ethic, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail Regular and timely attendance is required
