Job Description

Investment and Financial Performance Reporting Analyst About Us FOMS is a boutique multi-family office that provides investment and financial reporting, administrative support, and consulting to ultra-high-net-worth families and their related entities. Our team is lean and collaborative, which means you will have broad exposure to the reporting process and meaningful ownership over your work product. Responsibilities of the Role Preparing and maintaining portfolio performance reports and investment analytics. Reconciling portfolio data across custodians, managers, and reporting systems. Assisting with performance calculations, benchmarking, and attribution analysis. Assisting with cash flow tracking, capital call monitoring, and investment documentation. Preparation of client subscription documents Coordinate collection and transmission of tax related data to external tax service providers. Lead the FOMS internship program, overseeing intern recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and professional development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in performance reporting, investment operations, or related functions. Strong understanding of return calculation methodologies (TWR, MWR, Modified Dietz) and attribution frameworks. Experience with Addepar is strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and ideally VBA or macros. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
