Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Equity Operations Analyst to support the administration and operational execution of global equity programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP). This role will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting compliance initiatives, coordinating reporting processes, and ensuring accurate equity transactions across multiple systems and stakeholders. This is a part-time onsite role based in the Boston, MA office, working Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting equity and stock compensation programs Experience with RSUs, ESPP administration, and global equity operations Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and handling large volumes of data accurately Familiarity with Oracle/Fusion and E•TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO) preferred Compensation background considered a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of compliance regulations including ERISA, IRS, Department of Labor, and Sarbanes-Oxley preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain equity data and workflows within Oracle/Fusion and EEO systems Process and validate RSU grant packages and participant acceptance workflows Support semi-annual global ESPP purchase transactions and payroll reconciliations Prepare and deliver accurate reporting for Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR stakeholders Manage data exchanges and account updates between the company and E•TRADE systems Support equity vesting events related to retirements, terminations, disability, and other qualifying events Respond to employee and HR inquiries regarding equity programs and transactions Maintain insider lists and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Assist with audits, compliance testing, process documentation, and workflow improvements Support operational consistency and continuous improvement initiatives within equity operations Broadstaff, LLC., provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification protected by federal, state or local laws.
