Job Description:

Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst contractor to support enterprise financial planning and analysis initiatives. This role partners closely with finance leadership to enhance financial models, deliver insights, and improve reporting processes across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and refine financial models to support forecasting and planning activities Perform scenario analysis and provide insights to support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data Assist in preparing management reporting, dashboards, and presentations Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and KPI tracking Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency Qualifications 3+ years of FP&A or related finance experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience required Experience with financial systems such as Oracle or Adaptive preferred Exposure to biotech, pharma, or life sciences environments preferred Familiarity with data automation or AI tools is a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
