Job Description
Treasury Analyst Location:
Chelmsford Area, MA (on-site; flexibility as needed)Compensation:
$75,000-$87,500 base + 10% bonus + 20% in equity We are partnering with a large public client as they hire a new Treasury Analyst to join the finance team. This role supports domestic and international treasury operations, with strong exposure to banking platforms, cash management, and global payments. What You'll Do Support day-to-day cash management activities including cash concentration, wires, account funding, and liquidity planning Coordinate, monitor, and help release global payments (ACH and wires; wires are higher volume) Assist with cash flow forecasting and modeling Administer and work within multiple online banking platforms (domestic/international) Support FX activities (forecasting support, execution support, drawdowns) and related reporting Maintain bank account infrastructure: open/close/track accounts, support compliance, and help manage global banking documentation (including KYC) Partner closely with internal groups (Accounting/GL, AP, AR, Collections, Finance, Tax) and external financial institutions/auditors Support process improvements and accurate/consistent treasury reporting (including cash disbursement reporting) Participate in additional treasury programs as needed (e.g., letters of credit/bonds, share repurchase support, etc.) What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 1-4 years of corporate treasury experience Experience with payment processing (ACH/wires) and strong judgment/attention to detail when reviewing transactions Strong Excel skills (advanced spreadsheet work and modeling) Comfort working across multiple priorities and stakeholders; proactive and detail-oriented Preferred / Nice-to-Haves Exposure to international banking / global treasury operations Public company environment experience a plus Experience with treasury management systems CTP designation, or willingness to pursue Work Setup On-site in Chelmsford MA area (expected 5 days), with family-friendly flexibility when needed If interested, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com- KBWMON
