Job Description:

Equity Compensation Analyst (Part-Time) - Boston, MA We are seeking candidates for an Equity Compensation Analyst position with an industry-leading telecommunications firm located in Boston, MA. This individual will support the accurate and timely administration of global equity programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The Equity Compensation Analyst will be responsible for ensuring operational accuracy and data integrity across systems such as Oracle Fusion and E

• TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), while preparing and delivering reporting to key internal stakeholders, including Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR Business Partners.

The role will also support ongoing compliance with internal policies and global regulatory requirements. This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering $60-70/hour (depending on experience) and a 24-hour workweek. The role requires an on-site presence three days per week in the Boston office.

Responsibilities:

Maintain equity-related data and workflows in Oracle Fusion and E

• TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), ensuring data integrity, proper reconciliations, and system alignment Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reporting to global payroll teams, including tax withholdings for equity transactions and reconciliation of pre- and post-tax deductions; support compliance and audit activities Process RSU grant packages end-to-end, including setup in EEO, validation, and participant acceptance tracking Assist in the preparation and execution of semi-annual global ESPP purchase transactions, including auditing payroll contributions, preparing purchase data for E•TRADE, and generating reports for HR, Finance, and Accounting Track and process accelerated vesting events related to terminations, retirement, death, or disability Administer and reconcile data exchanges between the company and E•TRADE, including weekly account updates and terminations Manage the Equity team inbox, responding to employee and HR inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Prepare and distribute standard employee and HR communications related to equity programs Maintain and update insider lists provided by Corporate Legal, ensuring accuracy within equity systems Document processes and procedures to support consistency, compliance, and audit readiness Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency Support internal and external audits of equity plans Perform additional duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred 5+ years of experience administering global equity programs preferred Experience with Oracle Fusion and E
