Job Description

Support the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including financial and operational metrics Assist in the monthly close and forecasting processes by gathering data, performing basic analysis, and ensuring accuracy of results Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior year) and summarize findings for senior team members Help maintain and update financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business insights Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Sales, Operations) to collect inputs and support financial planning activities Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy Assist with data management and uploads within FP&A systems (e.g., TM1, Anaplan), ensuring data integrity Support ad hoc analysis and special projects assigned by FP&A leadership Learn and build working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools to better support team initiatives Foundational understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables; modeling exposure is a plus) Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a corporate finance function Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships or full-time) in FP&A, finance, or related field Exposure to financial systems (TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) is a plus and knowledge of Agentic AI solutions is a plus Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
