In this role, you will provide strategic financial expertise, guide cross-functional alignment, and help shape consistent Record to Report processes across multiple regions. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capability with project leadership, change management experience, and the ability to influence decisions in a complex global environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead finance workstreams tied to a global enterprise implementation, helping define priorities, coordinate execution, and support timely delivery across regions.
- Partner with business, finance, and operational teams to assess impacted processes, document current and future-state workflows, and promote standardized ways of working.
- Guide regional subject matter experts by aligning activities, clarifying local requirements, and ensuring key deliverables are completed effectively.
- Support program governance by preparing updates, contributing to status meetings, and participating in change control and decision-making forums.
- Perform in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify harmonization opportunities and recommend practical process improvements.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and external implementation partners to maintain alignment on objectives, milestones, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor program risks and issue areas, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical concerns when resolution is needed.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by applying leading practices, reviewing performance indicators, and strengthening end-to-end finance processes.
- Present complex findings and recommendations in a clear, accessible manner to senior leaders and business stakeholders. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience in finance, shared services, or financial operations within a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong background in finance transformation, process improvement, or enterprise system implementation work.
- Experience with internal controls, compliance requirements, and regulated financial processes.
- Demonstrated ability to map processes, lead change initiatives, and solve complex business problems involving process, systems, or strategy.
- Advanced knowledge of Record to Report operations and strong understanding of broader finance business processes.
- Proven project or service line management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, ad hoc reporting, data analysis techniques, and SAP ERP.
