Job Description

Our client in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is seeking a Financial Analyst for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys analyzing data, supporting business decisions, and working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis while helping leadership make informed strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgetsConduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processesAssist with financial modeling and business performance analysisPartner with leadership and operational teams to support decision-makingDevelop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and presentationsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial dataAssist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
