Job Overview If you are proficient in the art of customer-service, support roles, administrative work, and motivating a team or peers, skilled in nuanced patient communication with an emphasis on consistent high-quality patient-centered experience and foster open communication with team members applicants who are reliable, compassionate and have excellent communication skills. Applicants must collaborate well with a team. Team Lead responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting patients, telephone and in office contact with new and current patients, scheduling of appointments, collecting and posting payments, inputting patient information and charges into our computer software, maintaining a recall list, verifying health insurance benefits, and obtaining treatment authorization, verification, patient referrals, billing and medical collections. Responsibilities Job Duties Team Lead Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth daily functioning Front desk coverage for vacation, training and monitoring Working Front desk M-F 9AM to 10AM Answering patient questions Staff Scheduling confirming staff hours Job Duties Medical Billing Collections Contact patients via phone, email, and/or written correspondence to discuss outstanding balances and payment arrangements Investigate billing & payment discrepancies, contacting insurance companies when necessary to review eligibility and benefits Medical billing rebills and appeals Accounts receivable health and
