This is a high visibility role reporting to the Controller/Finance Leader and working closely with senior leadership, including the CFO. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to make a direct impact across the organization. Impact Statement In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial visibility and decision making across the business. You will partner with leadership to analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives that directly impact revenue, cost management, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple business areas Analyze financial performance including sales, revenue, cost, and operational metrics Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions Partner cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and operations teams Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance Support ERP system utilization (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting processes Contribute to process improvements and increased efficiency within finance and reporting Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects, including potential M&A-related work Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (finance, accounting, or FP&A) Strong foundation in accounting principles required Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Advanced Excel skills required (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis) Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis M&A exposure is a plus Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership Self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach Comfortable working cross-functionally and shifting between strategic and transactional work Work Environment Onsite role with potential for hybrid flexibility over time Collaborative, fast-paced environment with high exposure to leadership Opportunity to work closely with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams
