Apply Overview Salary Range $109,789.16 - $121,987.95 Salary Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category Government Apply Description Mayvin is seeking an experienced Cost and Financial Analyst to support a complex Army radar program office effort at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role provides critical cost, budgeting, and financial management expertise across the full lifecycle of the Army's ground‑based radar systems, including the AN/TPQ‑50, AN/TPQ‑53, and their associated Foreign Military Sales variants. This position is contingent upon award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities :
Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive Program Office Estimates (POEs/LCCEs) across all acquisition lifecycle phases in accordance with DoD and Army cost-estimating policies and directives Build cost models and independent cost estimates using ACEIT to support acquisition decisions, contract actions, and program planning Conduct cost risk analyses, cost reduction assessments, and affordability evaluations to ensure alignment with the Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) Perform earned value management (EVM) assessments to monitor contractor performance and identify potential cost or schedule variances Support PPBE processes, including preparation of budget exhibits, justification materials, and program funding documentation Provide analytical support to program leadership through continuous cost tracking, requirements analysis, and financial reporting to ensure informed decision-making
Qualifications Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Research or at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, or science (Can substitute an additional 4 years of related experience) Minimum of 5 years of cost analyst experience
Preferred Qualifications :
ACEIT/EVM
experience; RS3/APG familiarity
