Job Requirements Bethesda, MD Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Overview Financial Analyst-Senior (C80-2026-26008): Bowhead Program Management & Operations seeks a Financial Analyst-Senior to work as a member of a team, providing program management, analytical, financial & technical reporting in support of NSWCCD in Norfolk, VA. Duties will include supporting meetings, developing meeting minutes, and providing documentation based on client inputs, preparing and/or updating complex schedules, preparing and/or reviewing briefing charts, and updating data on client SharePoint sites. Responsibilities Provides in depth analytical, administrative and program management support. Researches and investigates the need for, and impact of, changes in project scope; develop and implement changes as needed. Follows reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology. Develops and maintains program documentation and technical reports, conduct assessments and communicates results. Contributes to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions. Monitors program progress and customer satisfaction; provide periodic status reports as needed. Facilitates efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies. Prepares program correspondence as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors Degree and five to eight (5-8) years of experience conducting studies and preparing reports on feasibility and cost effectiveness. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
