Job Description
This role is approximately:
75% customer coordination and administrative support 25% financial and bookkeeping support Financial responsibilities are completed during dedicated, uninterrupted time blocks to ensure accuracy and consistency.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Scheduling Answer incoming calls and respond to web inquiries Schedule and confirm estimate appointments Perform follow-up calls (unsold estimates, reschedules) Maintain organized and accurate calendars Administrative Support Maintain customer and job records Ensure all lead and job data is entered correctly Support communication between office and sales Financial Responsibilities Process weekly payroll Enter bills and track expenses Record deposits and maintain financial records Process payments as directed Assist with basic financial reporting Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Experience processing payroll Experience with Paylocity is a plus Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accrual accounting Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills (phone and written) What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable handling phones and customer communication Able to manage multiple responsibilities without losing accuracy Follows systems and processes Takes ownership of assigned tasks Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience) Paid Holidays 2 Weeks PTO Health, Dental and Vison Why This Role Matters This position plays a key role in: Managing incoming opportunities Keeping the schedule organized Maintaining accurate financial recordsPay:
