Note:
  • The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with costing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production and procurement teams.

Produce Pro or SBTJob Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support our production and operations teams. This role will focus on product costing, financial reporting, providing critical insights into product performance, margins, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with costing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in product yield reporting and perform detailed analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Compile and distribute weekly profit and loss (P&L) statements for the production team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Update and manage Bills of Material (BOMs), ensuring alignment with current production processes and material inputs
  • Partner with material buyers and procurement teams to validate and update material costs
  • Collaborate with production teams to understand labor inputs and incorporate accurate labor costing into product cost models
  • Analyze product costs, providing actionable insights to operations and pricing teams
  • Help with setting up new costing and reporting structure in new ERP scheduled to go live in August 2026Top 5

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs) and product costing

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and production teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
