Job Description

The Lisbon Regional Delivery Center (Lisbon Center) is a WTW hub of excellence that supports our operational and consulting teams across the United Kingdom and Western Europe, helping them grow, simplify, and transform the way they work. With more than 15 years of experience and over 400 colleagues, the Lisbon Center partners closely with consultants, software developers, business specialists, and global teams across WTW. As part of the Lisbon Center finance team, you will play a key role in supporting multiple areas across the Center. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on our clients' success. This person will support the preparation of Lisbon Center financial information for accounting and auditing purposes, supporting stakeholders and Management team. Accounting controller Prepare financial reports for management and corporate teams Prepare and deliver intercompany transactions, including billing, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports Cash application Support on month-end accounting deliverables Support with additional tasks when required Participate in the financial audit procedures Collaborate with colleagues across finance team and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting and Taxation or Business Administration and Management 3 years of experience in accounting Proficient in English (mandatory) Proficient in MS-Excel (mandatory) Power BI Oracle experience Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Problem solving and analytical skills Pro-active Organized Process orientated Show commitment and ownership on the work performed Good communication skills
