Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and drive strategic financial insights that support our organizational goals. Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Support regulatory reporting requirements by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submissions. Perform account analysis to verify the accuracy of financial statements and identify discrepancies or irregularities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost management efforts. Utilize financial software tools to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy. Contribute to internal controls related to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and corporate accounting procedures. Provide insights into financial concepts such as investment analysis, organizational costs, and profit optimization strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like CPA or CFA are a plus. Proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting roles. Strong understanding of financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial statement preparation. Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, regulatory reporting standards, and technical accounting practices. Experience with financial software applications such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in financial report writing and interpretation of complex data sets. Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and internal control frameworks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and identify key insights for strategic decision-making. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
