  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QAQC Laboratory Technologist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of laboratory testing processes. Your expertise will support quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) procedures, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong laboratory skills, technical proficiency and a passion for advancing scientific excellence. All duties are performed in a manner that is consistent with the goals and policies of the company, as well as in compliance with ISO standards, where applicable. Responsibilities Participates in all activities associated with inspection, testing, and release of all manufactured products prior to shipment to customers including raw batches or test bleeds. WIP batches, technical samples, and finished lots (as applicable per division). Completes finished product testing paperwork and compiles finished product files including all finished and WIP paperwork (as applicable per division). Participates in all activities associated with testing, inspection and release of raw materials used in the manufacturing process. This includes in-house raw, outside raw biologicals, outside sample evaluations, chemicals, and testing materials (as applicable per division). Participates in all activities associated with testing and inspection of antigens prior to use in manufacturing programs. Including Ouchterlony, IEP, OD280 concentration, turbidimetric analysis etc. (as applicable per division). Performs advanced assay techniques on the automated immunoassay systems (Hitachi, AU400, C8000, Cobas Mira, Siemens Advia, etc). Ensures proper maintenance and calibration of Quality Control equipment. Maintains and organizes quality control records. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from four‑year college or university in biology or related life sciences; and three to four years related experience and/or training. Experience in an
ISO 9001
2015 certified environment is a plus. Ability to read, interpret, and analyze SOPs, technical procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and other procedure manuals. Ability to maintain accurate detailed written documents of methods and results of projects, and to prepare reports. Proficient lab skills and computer skills, with knowledge of commonly used software programs for word processing, spreadsheets and databases and the ability to maintain complete, clear, concise scientific records. Familiarity with laboratory practices such as inventory control, equipment calibration, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical skills for data analysis coupled with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
