An Investment or Portfolio Analyst advises individuals and companies about investments. Typically works with a collection of investments called a portfolio, though can also advise clients about individual investments. Studies trends that impact investments and writes reports regarding economic and business changes and activities that affect the value of investments. Can also be involved in the selling of investments, such as stocks. Works mainly in investment firms, though can also be employed in lending institutions, corporate finance departments, banks or insurance companies.

Job Description
- Manage day-to-day administrative needs for high-net-worth and institutional client accounts
- Support account openings, closings, transfers, gifting, tax information, RMDs, and trust distributions
- Work directly with custodians and clients to ensure accounts are opened and maintained accurately
- Assist with trading-related requests involving equities, bonds, benchmarking, and complex account maintenance
- Support daily reconciliations, fund accounting, reporting, and account queries
- Assist with compliance-related responsibilities and process improvements
- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure clients receive exceptional service Requirements What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of financial services client service/operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Experience with investment account administration and client servicing
