You'll support advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences while developing a deep understanding of financial planning strategies and wealth management operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services. What You'll Do Client Service & Relationship Management Deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and support Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and requests Schedule appointments and assist with client communications Financial Planning Support Assist advisors with financial planning analyses and recommendations Prepare financial projections, planning reports, and portfolio review materials Gather, organize, and maintain client financial information Support investment and asset allocation review processes Assist in implementing planning strategies and follow-up action items Client Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials Coordinate account paperwork and documentation Participate in client meetings as appropriate Document meeting notes and summarize recommendations Coordinate implementation activities with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals Operations & Practice Management Utilize industry-leading financial planning and CRM technology Maintain accurate client records and documentation Support special projects and practice initiatives Adhere to all OsborneKlein, Ameriprise Financial, and FINRA compliance requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications FINRA Series 7 license Series 63 or Series 66 license Series 65 or Series 66 license Life, Health, and Variable Products Insurance licenses Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Three or more years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial services Strong understanding of investment and financial planning concepts Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Success Traits The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities A genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial success Entrepreneurial drive and a growth mindset Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment A collaborative, team-first attitude Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience 401(k) with company support Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Professional Development Assistance Licensing and continuing education support Career growth opportunities
