If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Byron Center that are seeking skilled Financial Analysts. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. By joining our network, you position yourself for opportunities aligned with your career goals. Key Responsibilities Analyze production costs and variances to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting in a manufacturing context. Prepare detailed financial reports on plant performance, inventory, and operational efficiency. Support make-or-buy decisions and capital expenditure evaluations with financial analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to manufacturing operations and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize working capital and cost structures. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
