The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation will serve as a versatile execution lead within the Finance Transformation Office. This role is responsible for driving the digital, analytical, and project management components of Ford's Finance evolution. The Senior Analyst will support high-priority strategic initiatives—ranging from workforce capability building to process optimization—ensuring that our digital platforms are intuitive and our transformation data is actionable. This individual must be highly adaptable, capable of pivoting between different workstreams as the transformation roadmap evolves, and deeply committed to a continuous improvement approach.
