Your Contribution:

As a Controlling Analyst you will be the main link between plant controlling teams and regional management in terms of data analytics and financial reporting. Review financial data and analyze variances vs. plan/forecast. Support month-end close and prepare financial reports. Consolidate data from US & Mexico plants. Communicate with plants, HQ, and controlling teams. Update forecasts and support planning activities. Perform ad hoc analysis and financial studies (ROI, costs, trends). Prepare presentations and reports for management. Support projects (Pricing initiatives, loss makers, etc.). Ensure data accuracy and align with accounting/shared services. Assist team members and support plant needs

Your Experience & Qualifications:

2+ years related experience. Knowledge of current principles of accounting and audit principles. Excellent Excel skills, including pivot table and macros preferred. Experience in automotive manufacturing company preferred. Experience with SAP preferred.
