$60,000-$80,000 Are you a data-driven finance professional looking to make an impact in a growing manufacturing environment? Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into financial data, partnering with operations, and helping drive strategic business decisions.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

Analyze financial results, manufacturing costs, and operational performance metrics Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis Partner with plant operations and department leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities Monitor inventory, labor, and production costs Support month-end close and financial reporting processes Develop financial models and ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership

Financial Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of financial analysis or manufacturing finance experience preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment #
