This position is responsible for:
Lead the consolidation of North America Supply Chain Management (SCM) financials, inclusive of Logistics, FCAT (Fiat Chrysler Automotive Transportation), and IRF (Inter-Regional Flow). Report the status and value for actuals, forecast, budget and business plan against targetsControl General & Administrative (G&A) related activities, including monthly actuals, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as prepare monthly manpower schedules, and consolidate for Supply Chain Senior LeadershipProvide process improvement recommendations for continuous enhancements in the areas of efficiency and accuracy for all related Financial Consolidation activitiesPlanning and coordinating various monthly deliverables with North America (NA) Supply Chain Finance teamReconcile data, report analysis, and perform financial reviews with various stakeholdersActively participate in the annual budgeting process for NA Supply Chain Management including Logistics, FCAT, and IRFEngage in Business Plan development to support FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis); be liaison between Supply Chain Operations and FinancePerform month end close entries, analysis, and reporting for North America SCM G&AMaintain DOA approvals, PSAP invoice and requisition workflow for SCMCoordinate and consolidate monthly reclass impact for SCMConsolidate cash flow forecasting for NA Supply ChainSupport in month-end close requirements as needed and reconcile the various groups actuals on a monthly basisManage the consolidation of monthly risk & opportunity assessmentUnderstand customer needs for data analysis, develop and provide pertinent, easy to understand reports and financial analysisSupport work rationalization and automation projects in the FP&A and SCM Finance teamProvide ad-hoc reporting as needed for all levels of managementWhat you'll learn:
Process for developing forecast, budget, business plan, and accounting closeUnderstanding of all key SCM activitiesAbility to assess and communicate key issues to highlight operational inefficiencies and the variances to targetsDevelop PSAP, Essbase and OneStream skills as well as other Stellantis systemsUnderstanding of how the commercial and industrial parts of the business interactAbility to present and communicate with senior managementEnhance problem solving, accounting and financial skillsWhat this role will prepare you for:

United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degreeMinimum 8 years of relevant work experienceAbility to work with large volumes of data, summarize data and draw conclusionsBasic proficiency in SAP or other large-scale ERP softwareDemonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPointBasic proficiency and understanding in OneStream, HFM or other financial consolidation softwarePreferred Qualifications:
