Stellantis N.V. is seeking a Financial Analyst to work in our Supplier Risk Management area at our Headquarters and Technical Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
This position is responsible for but not limited to:
The identification, management, data analytics of financially distressed automotive suppliers to StellantisWorking with purchasing, legal, treasury and supplier risk management operations to aggressively manage distressed suppliers by managing cash advances/prepayments, facilitating payments to suppliers, and monitoring/managing supplier inventories and parts banksReviewing accommodation agreements and legal documents for Stellantis obligations and liabilitiesProtecting Stellantis set-off rights to ensure recovery of advances, case expenses, and professional feesCompleting the financial evaluations of Stellantis suppliers located in North AmericaForecasting cash and income statement impact of required financial accommodationsMeet with executive supplier representatives (CFO's, controllers, etc.) and agents (CPAs, consultants, etc.) to better evaluate the suppliers' risk profile as necessaryEnsure that there is a continuous flow of financial information that is obtained from various sources, primarily through an online portal (the information and analysis will feed the Global Purchasing organization as an input to make sourcing decisions)Ensuring all financial transactions comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Stellantis internal control policies, and external audit requirementsResponsible for explaining financial risk rating rationale to the broader purchasing organization as necessary

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Business AdministrationSelf-motivated and self-directed, Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsManage well under pressure and a strong ability to work within a teamOutstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of managementExceptional computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to master Stellantis' proprietary applicationsAbility to manage multiple, complex priorities with tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:
