We're looking for a Financial Analyst who enjoys working with numbers, uncovering trends, and helping business leaders make informed decisions. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to key financial processes while partnering with colleagues across the organization to support business performance and continued growth.
What You'll Do as a Financial AnalystSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making.
Partner with accounting, operations, and other departments to understand business performance and key financial drivers.
Assist with financial modeling, profitability analysis, and special projects.
Monitor key performance indicators and help identify opportunities to improve cost management, efficiency, and profitability.
Support month-end reporting and the preparation of financial analyses used by leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and overall financial visibility.
