Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and operational expenditures to identify areas for improvement. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, conducting ROI and payback period analyses. Collaborate with operations teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive cost efficiencies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, variance analysis, and their application in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for operational improvements.
