Rockford, MI Salary Range:

If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Rockford region seeking Financial Analysts. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates-not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow, aiding in strategic planning. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders. Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy. Identify and analyze cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within manufacturing operations. Support capital expenditure planning and analysis, including ROI calculations and post-implementation reviews. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate complex financial information into actionable insights. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting complex financial data. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and their financial implications. Certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
