This role is ideal for a financial services professional who enjoys both the analytical and client-facing sides of the business and is looking to deepen their experience in financial planning. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate brings prior industry experience, holds required licenses, and is looking to grow within a practice—expanding their planning expertise and taking on increased responsibility over time. About the Practice We are a dynamic and client-focused advisory team dedicated to helping individuals, families, and small organizations achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning and investment guidance.

Relationship-driven and client-focused Collaborative and team-oriented Detail-oriented with high service expectations Growth-minded, with opportunities for increased responsibility Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Support Serve as contact for client requests and follow-ups Participate in client meetings and support ongoing relationship management Prepare and deliver post-meeting follow-up communications Account Management & Operations Process and document new business and account maintenance Execute advisor meeting notes and trades with advisor direction and proper documentation Conduct rollover calls with clients and institutions Gather and review client data and documentation for accuracy and completeness Meeting Preparation & Execution Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings Support pre- and post-meeting workflows, including tracking action items Compliance & Project Support Assist advisors in maintaining firm and regulatory compliance standards Support ongoing projects and ad hoc business initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in financial services or a professional office environment Active FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 66) and Michigan Life & Health insurance license Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Professional Strengths Strong interpersonal and client communication skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability Team-oriented with a proactive approach to work High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)
