Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Analyze production costs, inventory levels, and operational expenses to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics. Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations. Conduct profitability analysis for new products and existing product lines, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain) to gather data and provide financial guidance. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by business needs. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software). Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and data extraction. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and analysis.
