Position Location:
Arden Hills, MN Land O'Lakes is seeking talented finance students with strong leadership potential to join our summer internship program. As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting business decisions through strategic projects and assignments with tangible business impact . Interns are valued members of the team and are given meaningful responsibilities that contribute to business objectives while building foundational finance and analytical skills. This internship is designed to provide real-world finance experience and exposure to key areas of financial planning and analysis in a dynamic business environment. Responsibilities Finance Interns work directly with the business unit, supply chain, or corporate finance teams . Responsibilities may include : Support special projects and strategic initiatives Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for business partners Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions Conduct variance analysis and identify key business trends Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities Collaborate with finance professionals and cross-functional teams to solve business challenges Required Qualifications P ursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, or a related business fiel d Sophomore standing or higher, junior-level students preferred Preferred Qualifications Minimum GPA of 3.0 Foundational knowledge of finance or accounting concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Land O'Lakes will not consider this internship position for immigration sponsorship, and all applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
