Senior Financial Analyst Location:

Eden Prairie, MN CSI Companies is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN (near the intersection of Shady Oak Rd and City West Pkwy). Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting critical financial planning initiatives and providing insights that help guide organizational growth and performance. This role leverages financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to influence decision-making and support the achievement of key business objectives.

Pay :

$40-50 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).

Hours:

Support the annual budgeting process, long-range financial planning, and recurring forecast cycles Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to support business objectives Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and evaluate growth opportunities Prepare management reports, financial models, and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders Conduct ad hoc analyses and contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis; strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience Experience with Essbase or similar financial planning tools
