Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review, extract, and analyze accounting information to maintain reliable financial records and support operational reporting.
- Prepare adjustments, process transactions, and monitor data quality to help preserve the accuracy and integrity of accounting systems.
- Coordinate and oversee business services projects related to financial platforms, electronic payment tools, and digital forms.
- Provide day-to-day technical guidance to accounting staff and assist with troubleshooting system or data-related issues.
- Compile financial statistics and create reports that help leadership evaluate trends, performance, and compliance needs.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other core accounting activities through detailed analysis and documentation.
- Organize and retain accounting records in accordance with departmental practices and reporting requirements.

- Experience in accounting analysis, financial reporting, or business operations support.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and general ledger functions.
- Ability to extract, review, and interpret data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools used to manage and analyze accounting information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project-related tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for supporting staff and presenting information to stakeholders.
- Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and provide technical support in an accounting environment.
