Treasury Support Specialist

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist for our Arden Hills location or the position may be located in one of our banking offices. The Treasury Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for treasury management products and services. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, relationships managers, and internal partners to ensure efficient onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of treasury management solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all commercial depository and treasury management products to include ACH and Wire Origination, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Lockbox, Merchant Processing and Corporate Card solutions. Ensure seamless onboarding experience for all treasury management clients, including assisting in compilation of forms and agreements, client correspondence, and training. Provide administrative and backup support to the Treasury Management Officers. Provide direct support to internal partners and treasury management clients. Prepare documentation for client annual reviews. Track and maintain accurate treasury service billing, waivers, and fee analysis.

Preferred Skills:

Fiserv Premier banking system experience desired but not required. Experience in treasury management or online banking products.

Education:

Associates degree is a business-related field with a minimum of three years banking experience. Salary range for this role is $26.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
