Financial Analyst - Entry Level

Description We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join a team on a contract with the potential for permanent employment in Roseville, Minnesota. Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business decisions and identify trends.
• Assist in preparing accurate financial reports and forecasts to guide strategic planning.
• Monitor financial markets and provide insights to stakeholders using tools such as Bloomberg Terminal.
• Analyze data sets to extract meaningful insights and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
• Support the team in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on market developments and industry trends to enhance decision-making processes. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with financial markets and tools such as Bloomberg Terminal.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively through written reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
