Department Overview The Financial Planning department partners with managers to create the annual Operating and Capital budgets and assists with variance analysis of actual activity versus budgeted activity. This department also provides to all levels of management program profitability reporting, financial information, and analysis to support organizational and departmental decisions. Position Summary This position will be responsible for researching and analyzing various sources of data, create reports and dashboards, provide financial support to business owners, analyze revenue and expense trends- descriptive analytics, data visualization, and participate in annual budgeting and forecasting. Ability to work with Business departments and assist them in understanding and managing their financial responsibilities. Assist departments with developing a roadmap for their future financial commitments.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience:
- 3+ years experience with cost accounting/service line analysis; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong oral communication skills and ability to produce narrative and written summarizes clearly synthesizing recommendations and conclusions
- Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with ability to learn new technologies quickly
