Join Mercy as a Senior Consultant - Decision Support and Help Drive Meaningful Financial Impact As a Senior Consultant in Decision Support, you will play a key role in strengthening Mercy's long‑term financial health—directly supporting our mission to serve the community with compassion and excellence. Reporting to the Manager of Decision Support and working closely with the community CFO, you'll identify financial opportunities, insights, and recommend strategies that enhance margin performance across the ministry. In this role, you'll develop and apply comparative methodologies, standardized monitoring tools, and analytical frameworks to evaluate financial performance. You'll partner closely with operational leaders to explore root causes, envision future possibilities, and recommend actionable paths forward. Your work doesn't stop at recommendations—you'll also help monitor progress to ensure goals are met and improvements are sustained. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of curiosity and initiative.
