- As a Senior Finance Analyst - Plant, you will provide essential daily accounting and financial support to the division and/or plant.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Lead with Safety
- + Model safety-first behavior in all responsibilities, fostering a culture where every employee prioritizes safety.
- Support Core Accounting & Reporting
- + Prepare plant and corporate reporting packages for Controller review, including: + Fixed assets + Inventory + Sales + Customer rebates + Standard cost + Government reporting
- Financial Close & Budgeting
- + Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including: + Journal entries + Account reconciliations + Expense and trend analysis + Assist the Plant Controller with the annual budget preparation process.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- + Develop and run financial reports and queries for analysis, tracking, and cross-functional use. + Analyze operating and financial results, identifying key trends and drivers. + Help interpret and communicate financial results to business partners.
- Internal Controls & Compliance
- + Maintain solid internal accounting controls and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. + Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation are adhered to. + Support internal and external audits by providing financial and operational information.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
- + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. + 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related business roles.
Preferred:
- + Experience with SAP or other ERP systems \#LI-onsite
