Responsibilities Financial Leadership Communicate financial performance to internal stakeholders Serve as a trusted advisor to the Operator, Chief Growth Officer and other senior leaders in all matters relating to financial performance and compliance Financial Planning & Analysis Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability trends Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements Financial Reporting & Compliance Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses of the restaurants Establish project budgets to assist our Senior Directors of Operations with proper strategy/decision making Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial reports Complete month-end financial reporting to Chick-fil-A on behalf of our restaurants Cash Flow Management Support cash flow monitoring and financial planning efforts Manage our cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency Monitor and track all expenses utilizing the Restaurant Payables and Imaging System (RPIS) Review all vendor invoices for accuracy Reconcile credit cards monthly, ensuring receipts have been submitted via RPIS Submit accurate and timely payments to all vendors and suppliers Risk Management & Internal Controls Identify financial and operational risks, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and best practices Qualifications Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting Chick-fil-A or QSR experience preferred Competencies Strong proficiency in Excel or related software Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity Personal Attributes Embodiment our core value to be a
