Job Description

Join Adecco and become a vital part of a dynamic team as an Operations Processor in St. Louis, MO! We are currently hiring immediately for this exciting opportunity with a local client. As an Operations Processor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our data center operations by coordinating maintenance activities, managing communication with clients and vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation of all processes. In this position, you'll handle duties such as data entry, email correspondence, technician dispatching, and alarm monitoring, with the responsibility to escalate issues promptly when needed. You will follow established procedures, participate in team meetings, and adapt to evolving workflows, all while contributing to a seamless operation.

  • Qualifications:
  • + High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus + 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or administrative roles + Proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel; basic computer skills required + Comfortable with keyboard typing, quick tab switching, and data entry from various sources + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities + Self-motivated, eager team player capable of multitasking under pressure + Ability to adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver timely responses to clients and team members •
Available Shifts:
  • Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday + 7:00am
  • 5:00pm + 2:00pm
  • 12:00am + 12:00am

  • Pay Details:
  • $17.
