If you're a finance professional who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of the process, this role is for you. As our Financial Coordinator, you'll help keep the operational heartbeat of Kinetic running smoothly. From tracking expenses and supporting billing to organizing financial records and assisting with reporting, you'll play a key role in the financial health of a fast-moving, people-first design and development firm. Your work will directly support smarter decisions, stronger processes, and seamless collaboration across teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves organization, values accuracy, and enjoys being part of a collaborative environment where no two days look exactly the same. You'll work closely with multiple departments, contribute to meaningful projects, and help create systems that keep our team moving forward. Who You Are You're the kind of person who catches the small details others miss and genuinely enjoys keeping things organized and on track. You take ownership of your work, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and stay calm when priorities shift. You're proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative by nature. Whether you're reconciling receipts, supporting invoices, or helping prepare for audits, you bring a high level of integrity and follow-through to everything you do. You also enjoy working with different teams and building strong working relationships across the organization. What You'll Do Generate and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases to support financial tracking and analysis Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support accurate billing, timely payments, and issue resolution Review receipt tracking against bank statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for compliance and easy retrieval Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests Support client invoicing and billing tracking processes Collaborate with teams across the company to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies Handle confidential financial data with professionalism and discretion Help improve administrative and financial workflows as the company continues to grow Tools You'll Use Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word Microsoft 365 applications including Teams and Planner Outlook Email Dropbox Adobe Suite and/or Bluebeam QuickBooks and other accounting software platforms What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Previous experience in finance, accounting, administrative support, or data entry preferred Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software tools Valid driver's license for occasional work-related travel Interest in being engaged with the local community Why Join the
