This position works under the guidance of senior staff and develops foundational knowledge of utility rate-making principles and consulting practices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with utility cost-of-service studies and rate analyses. Compile, validate, and organize utility billing, financial, and operational data. Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and analytical reports. Support preparation of regulatory filings, testimony exhibits, and client presentations. Research utility industry trends and regulatory developments. Review datasets for completeness and accuracy. Maintain project documentation and databases. Participate in client meetings and workshops as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant analytical or utility experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
