Job Description

• Lead and support the annual budgeting process, including gathering inputs, building projections, and analyzing budget performance.
• Perform financial analysis and decision support for finance and operational leadership.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, labor, and operational performance trends across the health system.
• Partner with finance leadership to prepare and present financial reports and recommendations.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Cerner, Service Line Reporting, PowerCosting, and PowerLabor to provide actionable insights.
• Support forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5+ years of healthcare finance experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Power BI experience required
• Experience with Cerner, Service Line Reports, Health Analytics, Power Costing, and Power Labor
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage reporting tools to quickly provide answers and recommendations
• Exposure to AI tools
• Attention to Detail
• Excel Experience
• Collaborative/Team player
