Acquisitions Analyst

EP Management, Inc., a Fargo, ND based private real estate investment company is seeking to hire a Fargo-based, Acquisition Analyst in an Entry Level position. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and growing company with a substantial presence throughout the Central United States. The role is highly visible, both internally and externally, requiring skills and experience in leadership and communication.

Responsibilities:

Work with other Analysts and VP of Acquisitions to target acquisition opportunities in the multi-family and net lease office sectors. Conduct proficient market research and underwriting of potential property acquisitions. Present market/property finding to investment committee and provide input and knowledge while navigating and spearheading potential acquisitions. Interfaces with brokers, partners, and other transaction counterparties throughout the acquisition process. Manage databases and input information, data, and records. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects/properties simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner. Create memos and investment committee materials for prospective/pending acquisitions Assist with Acquisitions deal flow and managing a deal from prospecting to close. Skill Requirements:

BA/BS degree in finance, real estate, or related field Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Candidate must be a team player, self-starter, and coachable. Understanding of Real Estate Fundamentals. Ability to communicate well and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the company. Strong relationship building skills.
