Job Description

Job Description Seeking to train a Financial Paraplanner for our fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm in Peterborough, NH. We are especially interested in candidates pursuing a career in wealth management. Exacting owners promise demanding and difficult work requiring meticulous attention to detail, long hours, and high expectations. Only candidates with exceptional manners, math skills, and grit should apply. Gratification of service and financial rewards in the event of success.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or a bachelor's degree candidate) from an accredited institution. Previous experience in Banking, Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Taxation or Business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working with Senior Advisors to analyze, research, and implement financial solutions with clients. Demonstrating excellent people skills via conference call or face-to-face meetings - excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills are necessary. Always maintaining high ethical standards/confidentiality. Meticulously preparing for client meetings. Anticipating Senior Advisor and client needs. The successful candidate should expect to grow in the role, and take on more responsibilities while continuing to provide support internally to deliver high-quality fiduciary service to clients.
