The firm is seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst to assist with the daily operations and payment processing of the commercial loan servicing department Please Note this is a Full-Time, On-Site Position.

Salary:

$70,000/year Loan Servicing Analyst Responsibilities Operational Support Prepare daily bank account reconciliations and audit report review and perform month end closing procedures. Process monthly loan payments and prepare banking entries. Assure real estate tax and insurance payments are processed timely and escrow analysis is run at least annually. Manage new loan onboarding and verification across the portfolio. Ensure financial information is entered accurately into the loan servicing system. Prepare loan event requests for submission to the firm's lenders to include loan document review, financial analysis and recommendation. Manage the annual financial analysis process by compiling request letters, monitoring documents received and confirming submissions follow Lender guidelines Monitor and manage any deferred maintenance items that are identified during annual property inspections. Complete select annual property inspections and financial analysis as assigned. Create dynamic reports to more effectively and efficiently perform loan servicing functions and identify new loan origination opportunities. Review or prepare procedures for each loan servicing task to ensure the most efficient and effective process. Cross-train on loan servicing functions and ensure the in-place servicing system is updated accordingly. Compliance Enforcement Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual lender certifications regarding taxes, reserves and payments and ensure accurate and timely submission to lenders. Respond timely to audit confirmations for borrowers and lenders. Assist with the annual USAP loan servicing audit. Successful candidates should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred, but not required. 2-3 years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience. Excellent communication/organizational skills, a detail-oriented mentality, and strong time management skills. Possess a strong working knowledge of loan servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite, with attention to Excel, Microsoft Query and Power Query.
