Wedbush Securities is looking for an Intern to join our team. We are looking for an eager and focused intern who is passionate about a career in financial services. The Summer Analyst position for 2027 will be located in New York. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions and valuations Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials Conduct financial analysis and modeling Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

•Experience and Skills Major/Minor in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting GPA of 3.3 or higher Excellent quantitative/math skills and agility with numbers Strong Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP, Macros) Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Strong computer/software skills and ability to learn new software Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned What We Offer Wedbush Securities (WS) aims to foster a culture of inclusion where all Colleagues are valued for their unique contributions to the firm provided equal opportunities to succeed.
